No show appointments will be charged 50% of the fee of your scheduled facial. To cancel your upcoming appointment, please call us at 510-523-8777 or email at nofu.com@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled facial. Refunds only allowed within seven days of purchase.
Please note: Returns of products purchased at Nofu will only be accepted within seven days of purchase.
