- NO hot shower water.
- Stay out of the sun to prevent sensitivity.
- No riding around in convertibles. 
- Avoid scrubs.
- Take a break from retinol creams a few days leading up to your visit. 
- Please cancel your appointment if you are sick and do not bring sick children with you. We thank you for your consideration.
